Section 2

Eligibility and Age Restriction

Access to and use of the www666 platform is strictly restricted to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times thereafter:

Age Verification

www666 is committed to preventing underage gambling. Parental Responsibility

If you share a device with minors, you are strongly advised to use parental control software and to log out of your www666 account after each session. www666 is not liable for any access by a minor to your account resulting from your failure to secure your login credentials or device. 18+ Only — Zero Exceptions: www666 operates a strict zero-tolerance policy on underage gambling. Any account found to be operated by a person under the age of 18 will be permanently closed. All deposits and winnings associated with such an account will be forfeited.

Section 3

Account Registration and Security

One Account Policy

Account Closure

Accounts subject to an open withdrawal request, an ongoing bonus wagering requirement, or an active investigation cannot be closed until those matters are resolved. www666 also reserves the right to close any account that has been inactive for a period exceeding 12 consecutive months, following appropriate notice to the registered email address.

Section 4

Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the www666 platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳). www666 supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods for players in Bangladesh:

Minimum and Maximum Transaction Limits

www666 applies the following standard transaction limits, which may be adjusted at the Platform's discretion or as part of specific promotions:

Payment Method Matching

Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, unless an exception has been agreed in writing with the www666 support team. www666 will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts, accounts in names other than your own, or payment methods not previously associated with your www666 account.

Fees

www666 does not charge fees on deposits. Withdrawal fees, if applicable, will be displayed clearly at the time of the withdrawal request. Third-party payment providers (including bKash, Nagad, and Rocket) may apply their own transaction charges independently of www666, and these are outside of our control.

Depositing in BDT: All www666 balances are held in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). There are no currency conversion fees charged by www666. When you deposit ৳1,000 via bKash or Nagad, your account balance reflects exactly ৳1,000.

Unverified Accounts: Withdrawals from accounts that have not completed KYC verification may be delayed or held pending document review. Complete your identity verification early to avoid delays when you are ready to withdraw your winnings.

Section 5

Bonus and Promotions Policy

www666 may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, deposit matches, cashback rewards, and other promotional incentives to new and existing players. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer, as well as the general bonus policy set out in this section.

Wagering Requirements

Unless stated otherwise in the individual promotion terms, all bonus funds issued by www666 are subject to a wagering requirement before they can be converted to withdrawable cash. The applicable wagering multiplier will be clearly stated in the promotion's dedicated terms page. For example, a ৳1,000 bonus with a 10x wagering requirement must generate ৳10,000 in qualifying bets before a withdrawal can be requested.

Bonus Validity

All bonus funds have an expiry period from the date of issue. If the wagering requirement is not completed before the bonus expiry date, the bonus and any winnings generated from it will be forfeited automatically. Expiry periods are stated in the individual promotion terms and are non-extendable.

Prohibited Bonus Activity

www666 reserves the right to void any bonus and associated winnings, and to close the relevant account, where it determines that a player has:

Opened multiple accounts to claim the same promotion more than once.
Placed bets that systematically hedge bonus funds against real-money funds to guarantee profit regardless of outcome ("bonus abuse").
Used the same IP address, device fingerprint, or payment method as another account that has already claimed the same promotion.
Exploited a technical error or misconfigured bonus offer in a manner not intended by www666.
Provided false information during registration for the purpose of qualifying for a promotion.

www666's Right to Amend or Withdraw Promotions

www666 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or permanently withdraw any promotion at any time and without prior notice. Changes will not affect bonuses that have already been validly claimed and are actively being wagered through, provided the player has not acted in breach of the relevant promotional terms.

Section 6

Betting and Casino Game Rules

Sports Betting

Bets are accepted up to the market closure time displayed in the betting interface. Bets placed after market closure are invalid and will be voided.

Section 7

Prohibited Conduct

The following actions constitute a material breach of this Agreement. www666 reserves the right to take any or all of the remedies listed below against any account found to have engaged in prohibited conduct, without prior notice and at its sole discretion.

Strictly Prohibited Activities

Fraud and Money Laundering: Using the www666 platform to launder funds derived from any criminal activity, or to deposit funds via stolen, fraudulently obtained, or unauthorised payment methods.
Match Fixing and Corrupt Betting: Placing bets on sporting events that you have insider knowledge are fixed or manipulated, or participating in any scheme to fix the outcome of events available to bet on via www666.
Automated Betting Software: Using bots, scripts, macros, artificial intelligence, or any other automated software to place bets, play casino games, or otherwise interact with the Platform in a non-human manner.
Collusion: Cooperating with other players to gain an unfair advantage at poker or other multiplayer games available on the Platform.
Chargebacks: Initiating a payment dispute or chargeback with your bank or payment provider for funds that were legitimately deposited to and used on the Platform. Chargebacks are treated as fraud and will result in permanent account closure.
Hacking and Exploitation: Attempting to access, modify, or interfere with the Platform's software, servers, databases, or security systems. Exploiting software bugs or errors for financial gain.
Impersonation: Registering or operating an account in another person's name, or misrepresenting your identity in any communication with www666 staff.
Underage Gambling: Allowing or facilitating a person under the age of 18 to access or use your www666 account.

Remedies Available to www666

Upon detecting or reasonably suspecting prohibited conduct, www666 may take any combination of the following actions:

Immediately suspend or permanently close the account(s) involved.
Void all bets placed by the account during the period under investigation.
Withhold and/or forfeit all or part of any account balance, including deposited funds, bonus funds, and winnings.
Report the matter to relevant law enforcement authorities or anti-fraud bodies.
Pursue civil legal action to recover losses incurred by www666 as a result of the prohibited conduct.

No Bots Permitted: The use of any automated software, artificial intelligence, or script-based tools to interact with the www666 Platform is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate permanent account closure and forfeiture of all associated balances.

Chargeback Policy: Filing a chargeback for a legitimate www666 deposit is treated as a fraudulent act. Accounts where a chargeback is detected will be permanently closed and the debt may be referred to a third-party collections agency.

Section 8

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, www666, its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and technology partners shall not be liable for any loss or damage — whether direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive — arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

Financial losses resulting from betting or casino gaming activity.
Financial losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to maintain adequate security of your login credentials.
Service interruptions, downtime, technical faults, or data transmission errors beyond www666's reasonable control.
Errors in odds, game outcomes, or market settlement that are subsequently corrected in accordance with these Terms.
Loss of data, including betting history, account information, or communications, arising from system failures.
Any reliance on information, predictions, statistics, or content provided on the Platform for the purpose of placing bets.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless www666 and its affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in any way connected with your breach of this Agreement, your violation of any applicable law or regulation, or your infringement of any rights of any third party.
